The Muslim Stories Project was an idea born out of a desire to fill the void in Muslim North American literature. It is a movement aimed at empowering the oft-stifled voice of the Muslim North American mainstream. The deep-rooted connections of a shared history give the Muslim citizens of the US and Canada an experience that is universal and yet utterly personal. What is this experience? Is being Muslim and being a citizen of North America incompatible? What does this emerging identity hold for the future? These are but some of the questions The Muslim Stories Project hopes to delve into and explore. |

These are the editors that review your pieces and edit new submissions. They form an integral part of the Muslim Stories Project, and come from a wide range of backgrounds ethnically and academically. We are always actively seeking and recruiting new editors for our project. Due to the nature of our intended publication, it is essential that we enroll editors who are qualified.
